Accessibility statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the public site, the application form and the creator portal. Everything works with a keyboard, moving content can be paused, motion stops if your device asks for reduced motion, and there is a typed alternative to drawing a signature.

What we have done

  • A skip link and visible focus on every page.
  • Pause controls on the rotating photographs and the city marquee.
  • No animation when your device requests reduced motion.
  • Real HTML tables and headings, so screen readers can navigate the tier comparison.
  • Automated accessibility checks run on every release.
