How it works

How a hosted Korea trip works

There are four steps. You apply with your channels, website and travel dates. We review and answer within five business days. If approved, you sign the agreement in the app and post your pre-trip announcement. Then you travel in Korea and publish your agreed coverage within 30 days of your last travel day.

    Tell us about your channel, your audience, your blog or website and the trip you have in mind.

  2. 5 business days

    Step 2: Review

    We verify reach, engagement and audience geography, then give you an answer either way.

  3. Signed in the portal

    Step 3: Agreement

    Inclusions, dates, deliverables and disclosure wording, agreed and signed before anything is booked.

  4. Within 30 days

    Step 4: Travel & publish

    Announce the trip before you go, then publish within 30 days of your last travel day, tagging @expleradmc.

1. Apply

Tell us about your primary channel, your blog or website, your audience and the dates you want to be in Korea. Apply at least three weeks before you travel. The form warns you if your dates are closer than that.

2. Review, answered within five business days

We verify reach, engagement, audience geography and your website, then say yes, no, or ask for more detail. Business days follow the Korean calendar, so public holidays such as Seollal and Chuseok are not counted.

If we ask you for more information, the five-day clock pauses until you reply. It restarts where it stopped.

3. Agreement signed in the app

Approved creators get the agreement in the creator portal: dates, hotel, transfers, activities, deliverables and the exact disclosure wording. You sign it there. Scheduling in Korea needs at least a week after signing. Before you travel, you upload proof of travel insurance and publish your pre-trip announcement posts.

4. Travel and publish within 30 days

On the ground, your itinerary is in the portal. After the trip you publish the agreed coverage within 30 days of your last travel day, and submit each post in the portal with its URL and screenshots.
