Deliverables & disclosure
Deliverables and disclosure
Typical deliverables are a pre-trip announcement on social and your blog, then a blog post with a do-follow link, a YouTube mention or segment, and at least three Instagram reels or story sets tagging @expleradmc with the venue geotag. Everything is disclosed, published within 30 days of your last travel day and proven in the portal.
Before the trip
- A social post announcing that you are travelling to Korea with Explera, tagging @expleradmc.
- A blog post on your own blog or website announcing the trip and linking to the agreed Explera page.
Both are due before your first travel day. We verify them before the trip moves forward, alongside your insurance certificate.
After the trip
- A blog post on your website with a do-follow link to the Explera page for the experience.
- A YouTube mention or segment, if YouTube is one of your channels.
- At least three Instagram reels or story sets tagging @expleradmc with the venue geotag.
- Usage rights for Explera to repost your content, always with credit to you.
Tag @expleradmc on Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Threads. Explera has no TikTok account, so TikTok posts need no Explera tag, but your legal disclosure still applies there.
When is it due?
Post-trip coverage is due within 30 days of your last travel day in Korea.
How do I prove it?
Submit every post in the creator portal with its live URL and at least one screenshot showing the @mention and the disclosure. We keep the screenshots because posts can be edited or removed later.
How does disclosure work?
Disclosure follows the rules of the markets your audience is in, not only where you travel. If your audience spans several markets, each rule applies.
- South Korea: the Korea Fair Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsement and review advertising. Use a clear label such as #협찬 and a disclosure line at the top of the post, not buried in hashtags.
- United States: FTC Endorsement Guides, for example "#ad — hosted by Explera DMC".
- United Kingdom: ASA / CAP Code and CMA guidance, for example "Ad / Gifted — trip provided by Explera DMC".
- EU markets: local consumer-protection law, with labels such as "Werbung" or "Publicité".
- Japan: the stealth-marketing rules, with 「PR」 or 「広告」 shown clearly at the start.
The exact wording for your collaboration is written into your agreement. Explera never pre-approves your editorial content. We only check the agreed tags, links and disclosure, and may ask for a factual correction.
