These terms cover using this website and the creator portal. Applying does not create a collaboration: only a signed collaboration agreement does, and where the two differ the agreement wins. Keep your login to yourself, give us accurate information, and do not misuse the site.
These terms are being reviewed by counsel. The contracting Explera entity and governing law are set out in each collaboration agreement.
Applying is not a booking
Submitting an application asks us to consider you. Nothing is confirmed until both sides have signed a collaboration agreement in the portal.
Your account
- Give accurate information about yourself, your channels and your audience.
- Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
- You can see and revoke your active sessions in the portal.
Acceptable use
Do not upload anything unlawful or that you do not have the right to share, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with the running of the service.
