Jeju is a volcanic island off Korea's south coast, known for Hallasan, the crater of Seongsan Ilchulbong, lava-stone coastline and the haenyeo women divers. It suits nature, adventure and wellness channels. Reaching it usually means a domestic flight, which Explera does not provide, so it fits longer tiers where the dates allow.

When to come
Spring brings canola flowers and blossom; autumn is clear and good for hiking. Summer is humid, and typhoons can affect the island in late summer. Winter is milder than the mainland but windy, and Hallasan's upper trails can see snow.
Getting around on a hosted trip
Most people fly to Jeju from Seoul or Busan. That flight is your cost. On the island, activity days use private transport where agreed, because public transport is thin outside the main towns.
Filming notes
- Hallasan trails have access rules and cut-off times, and some routes need advance reservation. Check before you plan a summit shot.
- Haenyeo are working divers. Film only with their permission and through an arranged visit.
- Wind is strong on the coast. Plan audio and drone use accordingly, and check drone rules before flying.
